- Dissatisfaction with the product: If unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that candles must be unused and in their original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange.

- Personalized/customized candles: Since personalized or customized candles are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for refunds or returns unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Clearance/sale items: Clearance or sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process: To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email within 3 days of receiving your order to explain the reason for your return/refund request.
- Provide relevant details, such as your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/refund, and the issue with the product.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions, including the return address if applicable.
- Return the item(s) in their original packaging, unused, and with all accompanying materials (if any).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or replacement within 10 business days.
